Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and romantic rooms that are beautifully decorated, reflecting a reasonable room rate. The service was warm and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Its central location makes it convenient to access key attractions in the city. The dining experience, while adequate, could be improved with a better selection. Overall, a value-for-money choice with some room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed with new furniture. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and great assistance from the staff. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the area. The dining experience was delightful, offering a good selection of delicious items. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were amazing, offering a view over the city to the Pyrenees. They were large, with big windows and comfortably furnished, featuring 2 large double beds. The spacious and unobtrusively decorated Australian Fench Provincial style was a real highlight. The service was top-notch, from guiding us around the area to being accessible and very friendly, accommodating us even without a reservation. The location was perfect for exploring Pau, with a mixture of old-fashioned and modern styles, and the staff readily gave fantastic dining recommendations. The dining experience was delightful, offering a good selection typical of a French hotel. A few areas for improvement included the absence of items like eggs, bacon, and sausages in the breakfast variety. The facilities were great overall.
